Water Treatment Facility Services Clause Samples

Water Treatment Facility Services. CONSOL shall oversee, supervise and manage the day-to-day operations associated with the Water Treatment Facility and perform all acts necessary to maintain and operate the Water Treatment Facility in compliance with applicable Law, including taking and providing water samples to Governmental Authorities, and any instructions provided by CTH from time to time (the “Operational Services”). All capital expenditures related to or required in connection with the Water Treatment Facility and/or any pipelines related to, or measurement facilities at or upstream of, the Water Treatment Facility (collectively, the “Capital Expenses”) shall be the sole responsibility of CTH.
