Water Use Challenges. During the term of this Agreement, and except as to the Allocation of Shortfall provisions of Article 11 above, neither IID or CVWD will challenge the water use practices or reasonableness of water use of the other, or in any way seek to reduce each other's rights to Consumptive Use of Colorado River water or each other's acquisition of Conserved Water as set forth in the QSA.
