Common use of Wax Sub Clause in Contracts

Wax Sub. Each share of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Wax Sub issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Wax Effective Time shall be converted into (A) a number of Class A Shares equal to the number of Class A Shares canceled pursuant to Section 2.02(b)(iii) divided by 1,000 and (B) a number of Class B Shares equal to the number of Class B Shares canceled pursuant to Section 2.02(b)(iii) divided by 1,000.
