WAYS OF CO. OPERATION • Mutual attendance, if possible, at TEM and IRU Conferences, workshops, seminars and training courses for transfer of know- how and technologies; • Co-operation with other international organizations, institutions and bodies active in the fields of co-operation listed above; • Exchange of views and consultation on the annual and long-term plans and programmes of work of the IRU and TEM; • Annual mutual exchange of calendars of important meetings and activities of both sides related to the above fields of co-operation with a view of mutual participation in these meetings whenever possible; • The TEM and IRU will inform each other about the studies and/or activities they would be undertaking or they would commission on subjects related to the above fields of co- operation; • Exchange of data of mutual interest related to the road transport and infrastructure in order to enhance their uniformity and compatibility; • The IRU will invite TEM to demonstrate its database and TEMSTAT mapping system in operation and on this basis formulate its operational requirements regarding the format and content of TEMSTAT maps; • The TEM will make its annually updated regional and country TEMSTAT maps available to IRU and will do its best to adjust them to the IRU requirements; • The IRU will contribute with its network, experience and resources, alongside with other partners, to the elaboration of the TEM Master Plan on the basis of the terms of reference prepared by the UNECE Transport Division in October 2001 for both the TEM and TER Projects. Annex 1 to this Memorandum (TRANS/2003/7/Add.1 - 9 Dec. 2002) contains these terms of reference, which may be amended by UNECE as the need arises; • The IRU intends to participate in the co-funding of the budget permitting the elaboration of the TEM Master Plan. Any financial support to be provided by the IRU to cover the yearly expenses of the specific budgets, directly and exclusively linked to facilitating coach and truck traffic on the TEM network, should first be approved by the competent IRU bodies. In accordance with the IRU Rules, they should, as first step, be agreed jointly by the UNECE and IRU Secretariat before the August of each year for the subsequent year. In addition, any detailed project(s) covered by IRU funds, following approval by competent IRU bodies, will be subject – in conformity with the decision taken by the IRU – to separate agreement(s) between the UNECE and the IRU which will determine, among o...
WAYS OF CO. OPERATION • joint organization and co-financing of workshops, seminars and training courses for transfer of know- how and technologies; specific importance will be given to the participation of ASECAP and/or its members in areas of common interest concerning the elaboration of a functioning TEM Master Plan; • co-operation with other international organizations, institutions and bodies active in the fields of co-operation listed above; • exchange and consultation on the annual and long-term plans and programmes of work of the ASECAP and TEM; • annual mutual exchange of calendars of important meetings and activities of both sides related to the above fields of co-operation with a view of mutual participation in these meetings whenever possible; • the TEM and ASECAP will inform each other about the studies and/or activities they would be undertaking or they would commission on subjects related to the above fields of co-operation; • exchange of data of mutual interest related to the motorway transport and infrastructure, co-operation in updating the respective databases in order to enhance their uniformity and compatibility and co-operation with other institutions dealing with motorway data collection, processing and usage;

  • Areas of Cooperation The Parties will cooperate, in particular, in the following areas of common interest:

  • COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 31.01 Following the signing of the Collective Agreement, each Employee affected shall be provided with a copy by the Employer within seven (7) days of receipt of the copies by the Employer. The Collective Agreement shall be printed in booklet form by the United Nurses of Alberta. The costs of printing shall be shared equally between the parties.

  • Limitations of Coverage For the repair or replacement of the outside line, we will pay a maximum of $2,000 in the aggregate per Agreement term. After the outside gas service line is repaired or replaced, our independent service provider will provide basic site restoration to the affected area, limited to backfill of excavated soil, raking and reseeding.

  • Principles of Construction All references to sections and schedules are to sections and schedules in or to this Agreement unless otherwise specified. All uses of the word “including” shall mean “including, without limitation” unless the context shall indicate otherwise. Unless otherwise specified, the words “hereof,” “herein” and “hereunder” and words of similar import when used in this Agreement shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement. Unless otherwise specified, all meanings attributed to defined terms herein shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the terms so defined.

  • Rules of Construction Unless the context otherwise requires:

  • Copies of Contract Upon final ratification and approval of this agreement, the employer shall prepare and make available to the bargaining agent and each of the employees in the bargaining unit a copy thereof.

  • Opinions of Cost Because the Consultant does not control the cost of labor, materials, equipment or services furnished by others, methods of determining prices, or competitive bidding or market conditions, any opinions rendered as to costs, including but not limited to the costs of construction and materials, are made solely based on its judgment as a professional familiar with the industry. The Consultant cannot and does not guarantee that proposals, bids or actual costs will not vary from its opinions of cost. If the Client wishes greater assurance as to the amount of any cost, it shall employ an independent cost estimator. Consultant's services required to bring costs within any limitation established by the Client will be paid for as Additional Services.
