We disclaim all implied warranties. You accept the apartment, fixtures, and furniture as is, except for conditions materially affecting the health or safety of ordinary persons. You’ll be given an Inventory and Condition Form at or before move-in. You agree that after completion of the form or within 48 hours after move-in, whichever comes first, you must note on the form all defects or damage, sign the form, return it to us, and the form accurately reflects the condition of the premises for purposes of determining any refund due to you when you move out. Otherwise, everything will be considered to be in a clean, safe, and good working condition. You must still send a separate request for any repairs needed as provided by Xxx. 15.1.
