Common use of We Have the Right to Be Reimbursed Clause in Contracts

We Have the Right to Be Reimbursed. To the extent that Benefits for Covered Services are provided or paid under this Plan, We will be subrogated (We have the right to pursue Your Claim). Under this Contract, We have the right to recover the amount paid against any person, organization, or other carrier even where that carrier provides Benefits directly to You. Accepting Benefits will be subrogation. Our right to recover will be second to Your right to be made whole. We will be responsible for Our proportionate share of reasonable attorney fees and costs that You actually paid in pursuing recovery.‌‌
