Common use of We may vary this Agreement Clause in Contracts

We may vary this Agreement. If We vary this Agreement to Your disadvantage We will notify You of such variations. If You notify Us that You are cancelling this Agreement due to the disadvantageous variation, then such variations will not be effective in respect of this Agreement and We will refund all monies You have paid to Us, in full.
