Common use of We understand that Clause in Contracts

We understand that. 2.1 the Proposed Subscription will be subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Subscription Agreement; 2.2 the implementation of the Proposed Subscription will be subject to the fulfilment of the condition precedent set out in clause 5.1.2 of the Subscription Agreement (the Subscription Condition Precedent) by not later than 16 November 2016; and 2.3 should the Proposed Subscription be implemented in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement, the aggregate subscription price for the Shares that will be payable by the Subscriber to the Company in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement will be an amount of R2,000,000,000 (the Aggregate Subscription Price).
