Webpage Compliance Checks. Periodic compliance checks of the information posted for the Contract on Vendor’s webpage will be conducted by DIR. Upon request by DIR, Vendor shall provide verifiable documentation that pricing listed upon this webpage is compliant with the pricing as stated in the Contract.
