Common use of Website Access to Information Clause in Contracts

Website Access to Information. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, information required to be delivered or submitted to any Secured Party pursuant to Section 5.02(i) and this Article VI shall be deemed to have been delivered on the date upon which such information is received through e-mail (with confirmation of receipt) or another delivery method acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Website Access to Information. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, information required to be delivered or submitted to any Secured Party pursuant to Section 5.02(i5.03(i) and this Article VI shall be deemed to have been delivered on the date upon on which such information is received through e-mail posted on an IntraLinks (with confirmation of receiptor other replacement) or another delivery method acceptable website to which the Administrative AgentAgent and the Lenders have access.
