Website Content Development. 1. All information and resources provided on the Website shall reflect cultural competence (i.e. readily available, culturally appropriate reflecting the demographics of the state), span the age spectrum, and be written with plain language accessible to 7th grade literacy level, in consultation with the HHSC Project Manager; 2. The Contractor shall ensure that existing information on the Website is broadened to make each topic more robust, in consultation with the HHSC Project Manager, including but not limited to: a) BH services b) IDD services, including crisis c) Children’s mental health services d) Long term services and supports as they relate to behavioral health e) Veterans services as they relate to behavioral health f) Substance use disorder services 3. The Contractor shall consult with the HHSC Project Manager to identify the SBHCC subject matter experts (SMEs) in BH and IDD services and supports; 4. The Contractor shall coordinate with the HHSC Project Manager to collect website content and resource documents from the SBHCC SMEs for input onto the Website; 5. The Contractor shall make content and resource documents available to the public on the Website. 6. Content shall be a comprehensive set of information needs for consumers, caregivers, community-based service agencies and the related county government departments and workforce. It will include a library of behavioral health conditions, decision points and research, related links in the nation, all support and advocacy organizations, personal record keeping, care coordination tools and social networking. 7. The HHSC Project Manager shall coordinate with the Contractor to add new content as needs and goals of the website changes based on HHSC’s request.
