Common use of Website Posting and Availability of Fund Documents Clause in Contracts

Website Posting and Availability of Fund Documents. The Company shall host and maintain the websites specified in paragraph (j)(1)(iii) of Rule 498A, so that the documents listed below in (a) through (d) (collectively, “Fund Documents”) are publicly accessible, free of charge, at those websites, in accordance with the conditions set forth in that paragraph, provided that the Trust and Distributor fulfill their obligations under this Amendment.
