Common use of Weekly Allocations Clause in Contracts

Weekly Allocations. As of the close of business (as determined by the Managing Owner) on the Valuation Point of each week during each Fiscal Year of the Trust, the following determinations and allocations shall be made: (a) First, any increase or decrease in the Trust’s Net Asset Value of a Series as of such date as compared to the next previous determination of Net Asset Value of a Series shall be credited or charged to the book capital accounts of the Interestholders in the ratio that the balance of each Interestholder’s book capital account bears to the balance of all Interestholders’ book capital accounts; and (b) Next, the amount of any distribution to be made to an Interestholder and any amount to be paid to an Interestholder upon redemption of his Interests shall be charged to that Interestholder’s book capital account as of the applicable record date and Redemption Date, respectively.
