Weeks Affiliate. The term "Weeks Affiliate" for purposes of this --------------- Agreement shall mean Weeks Realty, L.P., and any successor to Weeks Realty, L.P., Weeks Realty Services, Inc. and any successor to Weeks Realty Services, Inc., and Weeks Construction Services, Inc. and any successor to Weeks Construction Services, Inc., and any organization whose employees would be treated as employees of Weeks, Weeks Realty L.P., Weeks Realty Services, Inc., or Weeks Construction Services, Inc. under Section 414(b) or Section 414(c) of the Code if "50 percent" were substituted for "80 percent" in the income tax regulations under Code Section 414(b) or Code Section 414(c).
