Weighted-Average Distributions per OP Unit. For a particular period of time, an amount equal to the ratio of (i) the aggregate distributions accrued in respect of all OP Units during the applicable period, divided by (ii) the weighted-average number of OP Units of all classes outstanding during the applicable period, calculated in accordance with GAAP applied on a consistent basis. 2%/25% Guidelines.
