WEIGHTING, GPA, AND ACADEMIC STANDING. The DISTRICT shall follow School District policy as to the weighting system of college grades for the dual credit student’s final high school grade point average (GPA). Dual credit students are expected to meet academic standards for coursework completed through TJC as defined in the TJC Catalog. Dual credit students placed on Academic Probation may enroll in summer and short-term sessions at their own personal cost for the purpose of raising their cumulative GPA to the level required for Good Standing. Please note: 3- and 4-week terms are instructed at a very accelerated pace and this learning method might not be best for all students.
