Weitere Berechtigte Nutzer a) Ventiv accepts that Customer may use certain third- party vendors for purposes of performing some of Customer's internal business processes ("Third-Party Vendors"). Customer may allow its Third-Party Vendors (other than Ventiv's direct competitors) to access and use the System subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement solely for Customer's internal business processing services, subject to the following conditions: (i) Customer agrees to be fully responsible for all use of the System by its Third-Party Vendors; (ii) Customer will ensure compliance by Third-Party Vendors of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, including and without limitation of Section 6 of this Agreement (Confidentiality);
