Welcome Letters Sample Clauses

Welcome Letters. Contractor will not have Welcome letters in place as of the date of execution of the Contract. After the Department has approved the final wording for the Welcome letters, the Department and Contractor will set a timeline for delivery of those letters. The Parties anticipate Welcome letters will begin to be sent on January 4, 2022, on or other mutually agreed upon date.
