Common use of Welfare and Pension Payments Clause in Contracts

Welfare and Pension Payments. Executive shall be eligible to participate in the various benefit plans maintained from time to time by the Company for its employees, including, but not limited to, group life, disability, dental and health insurance coverage, retirement, deferred compensation, profit sharing, and other plans in accordance with the terms of such plans as from time to time in effect and applicable to employees of the Company. Nothing in this Section 2.3, however, shall require the Company to maintain any benefit plans or provide any type or level of benefits to its employees, including Executive.

So long as Executive is employed by Company hereunder, Executive shall be eligible to participate in the various benefit plans that may be maintained from time to time by the Company for its employees, including, but not limited to, group life, disability, medical, dental and health insurance coverageinsurance, retirement, deferred compensation, profit sharing, retirement and other plans in accordance with the terms of such plans as from time to time in effect and applicable to employees of the Company.
