Welfare Association; Congratulatory and Condolence Payments. Secondees will continue to participate in the Toppan group’s welfare association (Toppan Group fukushikai). Congratulatory and condolence payments (keichoumimaikin) for Secondees will be subject to Toppan’s employee policies.
