Welfare Benefits; Vacation. During the Employment Term, Executive shall be provided with the opportunity to participate in the Employer’s medical plan and other employee welfare benefits on a comparable basis as such benefits are generally provided by the Employer from time to time to Employer’s other executives, in each case, in accordance with the terms of such plans; provided, however the premiums for all such plans shall be paid by the Employer. Executive shall be entitled to three (3) weeks of paid vacation each year during the Employment Term.
