Common use of Welfare, Savings and Retirement Benefits Clause in Contracts

Welfare, Savings and Retirement Benefits. During the Employment Term, Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s group health, life, disability, and all tax qualified and nonqualified benefit plans, as in effect from time to time (collectively “Employee Benefits”), on a basis which is no less favorable than is offered to other members of the Strategy and Policy Committee, to the extent consistent with applicable law and the terms of the applicable plans.
