WELSH LANGUAGE POLICY. 18.1 The Authorities shall comply with the provisions of the Welsh Language Act 1993 or any replacement protocol that the Authorities are required to implement as a result of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 and Welsh Language Standards (Welsh Ministers, County and County Borough Council and National Park Authorities) Regulations 2015.
18.2 The Host Authority shall ensure that all third party contracts entered in connection with the Integrated Service shall comply with the requirements of the Welsh Language Xxx 0000, the Welsh Language Measure 2011 and Welsh Language Standards Regulation 2015 insofar as they apply to any of the Authorities.
