Common use of Werewolf Assignment Clause in Contracts

Werewolf Assignment. Werewolf hereby sells, assigns and transfers the Werewolf Assigned Patents to Harpoon. Upon request, Werewolf shall execute and deliver such reasonable documents and instruments as necessary to effect the foregoing assignment

Werewolf Assignment. Werewolf hereby sells, assigns and transfers the Werewolf Assigned Patents to Harpoon, to the extent not previously sold, assigned and transferred to Harpoon pursuant to the Original Agreement or the First Amended and Restated Agreement. Upon request, Werewolf shall execute and deliver such reasonable documents and instruments as necessary to effect the foregoing assignment.
