West Virginia Law. This agreement shall be governed in all respects including without limitation, validity, interpretation, affect and performance, by the laws of the state of West Virginia and the United States of America. Any action arising out of or relating to any of the provisions of this Agreement may be brought and prosecuted only in the courts of the state of West Virginia or the United States District Court for the state of West Virginia and the parties hereto expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and to service of process by express courier.

  • Oklahoma This Agreement is not a contract of insurance. Coverage afforded under this contract is not guaranteed by the Oklahoma Insurance Guaranty Association. CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: In the event You cancel this Agreement, return of premium shall be based upon ninety percent (90%) of the unearned pro rata premium, less any claims that have been paid or less the cost of repairs made on Your behalf.
