West Virginia Severance Tax Component. The Base Price includes a component for West Virginia Severance Tax in the amount of five percent (5.00%) of the Base Price. Any time there is a change in any of the Base Price Components or a change in the Severance Tax rate, a new Severance Tax Component shall be calculated in accordance with the formula set forth in Exhibit 2, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. Such components shall be adjusted for any related tax credits allowed Seller.
