Western Power’s insurances. (a) Subject to clause 21.2(b)21.2(b)21.2(b)20.2(b), Western Power* must obtain and maintain insurance, commencing from the Commencement Date*, covering those matters, on the terms and basis, and for the amounts referred to in Part 2 of Schedule 56. (b) To the extent that the User* consents (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld), Western Power* may self-insure for some or all of the matters and amounts referred to in Part 2 of Schedule 56. (c) Western Power* must, before the Commencement Date* and at such other times as the User* reasonably requests in writing (such request not to be made more than once in respect of a 12 month period unless extraordinary circumstances apply), provide the User* with certificates of currency for the insurances required under clause 21.2(a)21.2(a)21.2(a)20.2(a).
