Western Union. You acknowledge and agree that Western Union is solely responsible for the performance of its obligations under the Western Union Terms. We assume no responsibility for, and shall have no liability to you for, the performance, nonperformance, or negligent performance of Western Union. No breach or default by Western Union under the Western Union Terms shall in any way relieve you of your obligations to us under this Agreement or allow you to withhold or delay the performance thereof. Western Union is not a corporate affiliate of Regions Bank. When you use the Western Union Money Transfer Service, you become a customer of Western Union.
