Common use of Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans Clause in Contracts

Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents as agent and bailee for Buyer or Buyer agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with the provisions of the Custodial Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letter.

Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Closing Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents File as agent and bailee for Buyer or Buyer agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents File in accordance with the provisions of the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letterescrow instruction letter, if any.

Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Wet‑Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents as agent and bailee for Buyer Administrative Agent or Buyer Administrative Agent’s agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with the provisions of the Custodial Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letter.

Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Asset Documents as agent and bailee for Buyer Administrative Agent or Buyer Administrative Agent’s agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Asset Documents in accordance with the provisions of the related Custodial Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letter.

Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller Sellers to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents as agent and bailee for Buyer Buyers or Buyer Buyers’ agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with the provisions of the Custodial Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letter.

Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents File as agent and bailee for Buyer or Buyer Buyer’s agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents File in accordance with the provisions of the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letter.

With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents as agent and bailee for Buyer Administrative Agent or Buyer Administrative Agent agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with the provisions of the Custodial Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letter.

Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents as agent and bailee for Buyer or Buyer agent Buyer’s designee and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with the provisions of the Custodial Agreement hereof and the Escrow Instruction Letter.

Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents File as agent and bailee for Buyer Buyers or Buyer Buyers’ agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents File in accordance with the provisions of the Custodial Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letter.

Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents as agent and bailee for Buyer or Buyer Buyer’s agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with the provisions of the Custodial Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letter.

With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents File as agent and bailee for Buyer or Buyer Buyer’s agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents File in accordance with the provisions of the Custodial Agreement and the Escrow Instruction LetterAgreement.

With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Wet‑Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller Sellers to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents as agent and bailee for Buyer or Buyer agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with the provisions of the Custodial Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letter.

Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Asset Documents as agent and bailee for Buyer or Buyer agent Administrative Agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Asset Documents in accordance with the provisions of the Custodial Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letter.

Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Wet‑Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents as agent and bailee for Buyer or Buyer agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with the provisions of the Custodial Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letter.

Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents as agent and bailee for Buyer or Buyer agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Custodial Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letter.

Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by each Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents as agent and bailee for Buyer or Buyer agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with the provisions of the Custodial Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letter.

Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Wet‑Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents as agent and bailee for Buyer or Buyer Buyer’s agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with the provisions of the Custodial Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letter.

Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the Settlement Agent has been instructed in writing by Seller to hold the related Mortgage Loan Documents as agent and bailee for Buyer Administrative Agent or Buyer Administrative Agent’s agent and to promptly forward such Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Custodial Agreement and the Escrow Instruction Letter.
