Wet services engineer. The wet services engineer is responsible for all the aspects of wet services engineering design and quality inspection. Without derogating from the generality thereof the wet services engineer will perform the following specific functions and duties in respect of the wet services aspects of the works:

  • Services of Engineer (Scope of Services) The specific services to be provided or furnished by Engineer under this Service Order are set forth in “Part 1—Services” of Exhibit A, “Engineer’s Services for Service Order,” modified for this specific Service Order, and attached to and incorporated as part of this Service Order.

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.
