What Obligations the Collateral Secures. Each item of Collateral shall secure the specific amount which Debtor promises to pay in the Schedule in which such Collateral is described, plus all other present and future indebtedness or obligations of Debtor to Secured Party of every kind and nature under such Schedule. Required release of Collateral by Secured Party shall be controlled by the last two (2) sentences of Section 1 above.
