WHAT WE DO NOT HAVE TO REPAIR. a. We will not have to pay to repair anything if you are responsible for the repair. We may carry out the work and charge the cost to you. b. We will not have to repair the premises if they are totally destroyed or damaged by a storm or flood. c. We will not have to repair anything which you are entitled to remove from the premises.
