Wheel Tax (City Sticker. Consultant must pay all Wheel Tax required by Chapter 3-56 of the MCC, as amended from time to time. Consultant should take particular notice of MCC 3-56-020 and MCC 3-56-125 which relate to payment of the tax for vehicles that are used on City streets or on City property by City residents. For the purposes of Chapter 3-56, any business that owns, leases or otherwise controls a place of business within the City wherein motor vehicles or semi-trailers are stored, repaired, serviced, or loaded or unloaded in connection with the business is also considered to be a City resident.
