When Determined. The net asset value shall be determined at such times as the Trustees shall prescribe in accordance with the applicable provisions of the 1940 Act and regulations and orders from time to time in effect thereunder. The Trustees may suspend the daily determination of net asset value to the extent permitted by the 1940 Act or the regulations and orders from time to time in effect thereunder.
