When filling Slumps. Borrow shall be obtained from agreed locations, placed in layers, and compacted by operating the hauling and spreading equipment uniformly over the full width of each layer. Existing Surface and Base Course Material shall be salvaged when practical and re-laid after depressions have been filled. The repaired areas of the Slump shall conform to the cross-section of the adjacent undisturbed Roadway.
