WHEN ROYALTY PAYABLE. Subject to this Clause 2A royalty assessed by the Minister shall be due and payable by the Lessee on the date specified in the notice of assessment under subclause 2(15) as the date on which royalty is due and payable, being not less than 30 days after service of the notice or, if no date is so specified, on the thirtieth day after service of the notice.
