When Termination Takes Effect. Despite any other provision of this Contract, the termination of this Contract by Us or You does not have effect until: (a) in the case of termination because You have entered into another contract with Us, the Cooling-off Period (if any) for that other contract expires; (b) in the case of termination because You have entered into a contract with another retailer, You are transferred to the other retailer in accordance with the Retail Market Rules for the distribution system concerned; or (c) in the case of termination following disconnection, You no longer have any right to reconnection under the provisions of this Contract, a written law or a Relevant Code.
