Whenever DB Contractor Clause Samples

Whenever DB Contractor becomes aware of any damage to or Defect in the Project or of any maintenance activity that DB Contractor considers should be performed but with regards to which DB Contractor believes falls outside of its scope of responsibility for Maintenance Services, DB Contractor shall immediately notify TxDOT of such damage or Defect or maintenance activity.
