Whenever the performance Sample Clauses

Whenever the performance of the obligations under this Contract requires the SUPPLIER to obtain permits, approvals, import, and other licenses from local public authorities, the COMELEC shall, if so needed by the SUPPLIER, make its best effo1t to assist the SUPPLIER in complying with such requirements in a timely and expeditious manner.
