Common use of Where an Acknowledgement Clause in Contracts

Where an Acknowledgement. and Consent Agreement or a Development Agreement between the MOHLTC and the LTC Health Service Provider provides that the MOHLTC will request the LHIN to consent to an assignment of the service agreement, to the Lender or person designated by the Lender, the LHIN will consent to the assignment of the service agreement to that person where the MOHLTC so requests, and the consent shall be subject to terms and conditions similar to those of the Acknowledgement and Consent Agreement or the Development Agreement as the case may be.
