Where at the Effective. Date there is an inconsistency or conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the Grid Code the Executive Committee shall first consider the matter and make recommendations and thereafter the Parties shall negotiate in good faith to eliminate such inconsistency and/or conflict having regard to the different functions and objectives of the Grid Code and this Agreement.
