Common use of Where Carbon Footprint Clause in Contracts

Where Carbon Footprint. licenses the use of Deliverables that are subject to an annual license fee under the terms of any Contract and the Client continues to use the Deliverables beyond the term of any licence fee the Client will have deemed to have extended the term of the license for the Deliverable and Carbon Footprint shall be entitled to invoice and receive payment for the continued use of the Deliverables at the current published fee or other fee as notified by Carbon Footprint to the Client.
