Where Lawyer owes Money. Without prejudice to or waiver of any other rights Legal Aid NSW may have under this Agreement or the Act, where, as a result of an audit of the Lawyer, Legal Aid NSW identifies that the Lawyer owes money to Legal Aid NSW, Legal Aid NSW may deduct from future payments to the Lawyer the sum determined by Legal Aid NSW to be owing or direct the Lawyer to pay into a Legal Aid NSW account the amount owing.
