Where NPML. commissions Supplier to produce a design in accordance with the Purchase Order, the design supplied by Supplier shall be capable of being implemented to achieve the purpose(s) specified in NPML’s Purchase Order. Copyright, design rights or any other intellectual property rights in the design shall be NPML’s exclusive property.
