Where required. The University shall provide, at no cost, protective apparel and equipment where such is required by the Workers' Compensation Board or where the University Safety Officer, the University Safety Committee, or Department of Health has determined them necessary for the personal safety of employees. The University shall provide, at no cost, protective clothing in areas determined by the University or the Joint Working Conditions Committee to present hazards to the personal clothing of employees.
Where required the Contractor must submit supplementary data for delivery that cannot be recorded through the ILR, or to correct data you have recorded in the ILR, following the published guidance ESFA: European Social Fund (ESF) round 2 supplementary data collection - XXX.XX (xxx.xxx.xx) (“Supplementary Data”). The Contractor must check the accuracy of the submissions on the Supplementary Data on the Submit Learner Data service and any errors must be corrected immediately. All submissions must be supported by evidence.
Where required the Provider must supply the Department data on each individual Learner, in accordance with the data collections framework set out in the ‘ILR specification validation rules and appendices’ as amended and updated, which is published on the Department’s website Individualised Learner Record (ILR) technical documents, guidance and requirements (xxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx) and in accordance with the ‘Provider Support Manual’ as amended and updated.
Where required. 2.7.1 Vary the hourly fee and allowances without notice, and retrospectively if necessary, where an increase is as a result of any minimum wage decision by Fair Work Australia or variations under applicable industrial instruments, contracts of employment, applicable legislation and/or changes to statutory charges. Additional amounts will be invoiced accordingly.
2.7.2 In all other cases Maxima will advise the Host Employer in writing with seven (7) days notice regarding a change to the hourly fee or allowances;
Where required. Xxxxxx Xxxxx shall make applications to the Registrar of Trademarks (or equivalent) for the registration of Cypress as a registered user of the Trademarks in respect of each registration of the Trademark and Cypress shall co-operate with Xxxxxx Xxxxx in making such applications.
Where required it may be necessary for the Landlord to meet the tenant and to sign and complete all statutory notices, sign all necessary tenancy agreements and any ancillary documents. The Agent shall not be responsible for any sums due to the Landlord where the Landlord has failed to sign necessary statutory notices, tenancy agreements or other documents such as (but not limited to) housing benefit documents necessary for the introduction of tenants. The Landlord undertakes to promptly complete all necessary documents and carry out all matters necessary at the request of The Agent.
Where required. Where the vertical distance between the grade plane and the highest roof surface exceed 30’, approved aerial fire apparatus access roads shall be provided. For the purposes of this section the highest roof surfaces shall be determined by measurement to the eave of a pitched roof, the intersection of a roof to the exterior wall, or the top of the parapet walls, whichever is greater.
Where required the University will conduct a review to ensure the Workload adheres to clause 2.11.2 by taking into account:
2.11.6.1 Academic work at clause 2.11.1;
2.11.6.2 Workload at clause 2.11.2 and 2.11.3;
2.11.6.3 work practices;

Where required. CRISP shall perform audits in a remote setting and shall provide such audit logs to Participant as reasonably requested.
1.03 CRISP Responsibilities as to the Direct ServiceCRISP Services:
x. XXXXX will provide Participant with access to the Direct Service through the Direct WebsiteCRISP Services. CRISP may establish additional Terms of Use, including those required by the addition to those of the Direct Licensed Technology Provider with respect to Licensed Services, that are consistent with the Direct Licensed Technology Provider Agreement with CRISP from time-to-time by posting on the Direct CRISP Website. Any such Terms of Use will be deemed incorporated into this Agreement by reference as of the date of posting.
x. XXXXX will provide documentation on how to access and use the DirectCRISP Services available to Participant on the Direct CRISP Website.
x. XXXXX will provide telephone support during its normal business hours to answer reasonable questions regarding how to use the DirectCRISP Services.
d. CRISP will maintain all licenses necessary for Participant to access the f.d. Direct Licensed Services x.x. XXXXX will create and maintain for seven (7) years an audit trail of Participant’s (including each Subscribed Participant User) transactions. CRISP will establish file size and mailbox limits which will be posted on the CRISP’s website with an explanation of what happens when the limits are exceeded. These limits may change during the term of this Agreement.
