Whereas, Engineering Consulting Group S. A.S. owns nine hundred (900) ordinary shares of Colcannapy S.A.S., a company duly incorporated and validly existing under the laws of Colombia, identified with mercantile registration No. 03047035 of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota and with Tax Identification Number (NIT) 901.241.178-4, domiciled in the city of Bogota, D.C. (the “Company”), which represent ninety percent (90%) of the outstanding shares in which the capital of the Company is divided.
