Common use of Wherever appropriate to the intention of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Wherever appropriate to the intention of the Parties. hereto, the respective rights and obligations of the Parties, including the obligations referred to in Sections 10, 11, 14, 15 and 19, hereof, will survive any termination or expiration of the term of this Agreement.

Wherever appropriate to the intention of the Parties. hereto, the respective rights and obligations of said parties, including, but not limited to, the Parties, including the rights and obligations referred to set forth in Sections 1010 through 12 hereof and this Section 15, 11, 14, 15 and 19, hereof, will shall survive any termination or expiration of the term of this Agreement.
