Common use of Wherever heat Clause in Contracts

Wherever heat. generating machines or equipment are used by Tenant in the Premises which affect the temperature otherwise maintained by the air conditioning system or Tenant allows occupancy of the Premises by more persons than the heating and air conditioning system is designed to accommodate, in either event whether with or without Landlord’s approval, Landlord reserves the right to install supplementary heating and/or air conditioning units in or for the benefit of the Premises and the cost thereof, including the cost of installation and the cost of operations and maintenance, shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord within five (5) days of Landlord’s demand.

Wherever heat. generating machines or equipment are used by Tenant in the Premises which affect the temperature otherwise maintained by the air conditioning system or Tenant allows occupancy of the Premises by more persons than the heating and air conditioning system is designed to accommodate, in either event whether with or without Landlord’s approval, Landlord reserves the right to install supplementary heating and/or air conditioning units in or for the benefit of the Premises and the cost thereof, including the cost of installation and the cost of operations and maintenance, shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord within five ten (510) business days of Landlord’s demand.

Wherever heat. generating machines or equipment are used by Tenant in the Premises which affect the temperature otherwise maintained by the air conditioning system or Tenant allows occupancy of the Premises by more persons than the heating and air conditioning system is designed to accommodate, in either event whether with or without Landlord’s approval, Landlord reserves the right to install supplementary heating and/or air conditioning units in or for the benefit of the Premises and the cost thereof, including the cost of installation and the cost of operations and maintenance, shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord within five thirty (530) days of Landlord’s demand.

Wherever heat. generating machines or equipment are used by Tenant in the Premises which affect the temperature otherwise maintained by the air conditioning system or Tenant allows occupancy of the Premises by more persons than the heating and air conditioning system is designed to accommodate, in either event whether with or without Landlord’s approval, Landlord reserves the right to install supplementary heating and/or air conditioning units in or for the benefit of the Premises and the cost thereof, including the cost of installation and the cost of operations and maintenancemaintenance plus a ten percent (10%) administrative fee, shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord within five (5) days of Landlord’s demand.

Wherever heat. generating machines or equipment are used by Tenant in the Premises which affect the temperature otherwise maintained by the air conditioning system or Tenant allows occupancy of the Premises by more persons than the heating and air conditioning system is designed to accommodate, in either event whether with or without Landlord’s approval, Landlord reserves the right to install supplementary heating and/or air conditioning units in or for the benefit of the Premises Premises, and the cost thereof, including the cost of installation and the cost of operations and maintenance, shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord within five (5) days of Landlord’s demand.

Wherever heat. generating machines or equipment are used by Tenant in the Premises which affect the temperature otherwise maintained by the air conditioning system or Tenant allows occupancy of the Premises by more persons than the heating and air conditioning system is designed to accommodate, in either event whether with or without Landlord’s 's approval, Landlord reserves the right to install supplementary heating and/or air conditioning units in or for the benefit of the Premises and the cost thereof, including the cost of installation and the cost -cost of operations and maintenance, shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord within five (5) days of Landlord’s Landlord 's demand.
