WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION EXPANSION ACT RIDER. Local Law Nos. 30 and 33 of 2012, codified at sections 6-132 and 12-113 of the New York City Administrative Code, the Whistleblower Protection Expansion Act, protect employees of certain City contractors from adverse personnel action based on whistleblower activity relating to a City contract and require contractors to post a notice informing employees of their rights.
