The Prior to due presentment for registration of transfer of any Note, the Company, the Trustee, any authenticating agentAuthenticating Agent, any paying agent, any conversion transfer agent and any Note registrar may deem the person Person in whose name such Note shall be registered upon the Note register Security Register to be, and may treat him as, the absolute owner of such Note (whether or not such Note shall be overdue and notwithstanding any notation of ownership or other writing thereonoverdue) for the purpose of receiving payment of or on 26 31 account of the principal of, premiumand, if anysubject to Section 2.06, and interest on such Note, for conversion of such Note and for all other purposes; and neither the Company nor the Trustee nor any Authenticating Agent nor any paying agent nor any conversion transfer agent nor any Note registrar shall be affected by any notice to the contrary. All such payments so made to any holder for the time being, being or upon his order, order shall be valid, and, to the extent of the sum or sums so paid, effectual to satisfy and discharge the liability for monies moneys payable upon any such Note.

Who Are Deemed Absolute Owners. The Company, the Trustee, any authenticating agentPaying Agent, any paying agent, any conversion agent Conversion Agent and any Note registrar Registrar may deem the person Person in whose name such Note shall be registered upon the Note register Register to be, and may treat him it as, the absolute owner of such Note (whether or not such Note shall be overdue and notwithstanding any notation of ownership or other writing thereonthereon made by any Person other than the Company or any Note Registrar) for the purpose of receiving payment of or on account of the principal of, premium, if any, of and interest Interest on such Note, for conversion of such Note and for all other purposes; and neither none of the Company nor Company, the Trustee nor Trustee, any paying agent nor Paying Agent, any conversion agent nor Conversion Agent or any Note registrar Registrar shall be affected by any notice to the contrary.
